What will you do:
- Participate in the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Participate in designing and implementing recruitment strategies and approaches.
- Post job ads on professional job sites and participate in the activities for outreaching candidates.
- Support teams in screening resumes.
- Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
- Manage recruitment software to keep track of open positions.
- Participate in on-boarding activities and support new team members in the adaptation process.
- Manage administrative procedures.
- Assist HRM team in other related activities.
The skills you should have:
- Have professional experience in HRM or IT-related field (up to 1 year).
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Critical-thinking skills.
- Openness and flexibility.
