What will you do:
- Create and maintain test cases, test data matrices and plans to track the progress of the product development lifecycle.
- Execute quality improvement initiatives, including various testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance and refine existing products.
- Create detailed documentation of bugs, errors, and issues for resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure products align with customer expectations and market demands.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Apply an in-depth understanding of Quality Assurance testing methodologies.
Skills and Experience you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering role.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with proven ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to excellence.
