Scrum Master

Omedia is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support and empower our Agile development teams.

What you will do:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional development teams.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practices.

  • Support Product Owners with backlog refinement to ensure clarity, priority, and alignment with goals.

  • Identify and remove impediments to maintain steady delivery flow.

  • Use metrics to track progress, analyze team performance, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Foster an environment of transparency, communication, and accountability.

  • Guide and onboard new team members to ensure smooth integration into Agile processes.

What you should have:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in Agile software development environments.

  • Solid understanding of the web and mobile development lifecycle and technical processes.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with both clients and internal teams.

  • Proven ability to support multiple teams or projects while keeping a focus on value delivery.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.) will be a plus.

  • Basic technical or coding knowledge is beneficial.

Application Review

HR interview

The first interview is held with our HR representative, where we’ll find out more about each other and validate our cultural fit.

Tech interview

With the tech interview, we make sure that your skills and competencies align with the specific requirements of our opening.

Assessment Task

At this stage, we want to see how you work in real-life situations. We’ll ask you to complete and send us a code for a small task.

Team interview

You will talk to the team you’ll be working with. You’ll get the project’s details, and the team will get a chance to meet their potential coworker.
