Connected Care allows patients to find a provider, book an appointment and have a consultation online or in person, while providers can view electronic health records and record information during consultations like clinical readings, diagnosis, and prescriptions. Connected Care has new features released at least once a month that focus on making the healthcare process more accessible to all that need it.
