My Silknet is a self-service customer portal where Silknet customers can check out their active services, make payments, change their service plans, and more.

The Challenge

Silknet provides customers with a wide variety of services, each having a distinct configuration and bundling options. Our challenge was to create a comfortable system with the design provided by the client while keeping it easy to maintain and extend in the future.

Since the launch, our solution underwent extensive real-life testing with thousands of active users. The custom PHP application was modified numerous times to accommodate new decisions and to add more service and sub-service options, all with the minimum development effort needed.
