Swiss Capital is a prominent microfinance organization offering diverse loans secured by real estate, cars, or gold to individuals and SMBs. Their growth largely depends on successful digital marketing campaigns funneling prospective customers directly to dedicated product landing pages. This makes their website a critical customer acquisition tool, not merely an information platform.

When Swiss Capital decided it was time to update their almost decade-old website, they turned again to Omedia, their trusted digital partner for over 10 years. The old website, built in 2015, had served well but had fallen behind current standards for digital marketing, user experience, and brand presentation.

The Challenge

Swiss Capital's previous website had reliably supported their growth for nearly a decade, reflecting digital best practices of its time. However, as their marketing approach evolved and customer expectations shifted, it became clear the marketing team increasingly needed to launch and test new landing pages quickly. But the old site, running on Drupal 7 (which had reached end-of-life), made rapid adjustments difficult without developer involvement.

Their visual identity and brand messaging also had matured, especially with the introduction of their Scapp mobile app branding. This created a noticeable misalignment between the modern brand and the existing website experience, highlighting the need for a refreshed look and feel that better supported their market positioning.
